"Got Stress?" is an educational wellness program designed to boost emotional strength in
high school teens,
college students,
and young adults.
The program includes: 

8 lessons

90 minutes each

taught virtually

(FaceTime, Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts).

"Got Stress?" is provided in an interactive educational format and empowers you to take a proactive approach to emotional wellness, setting you up for both academic and personal success.  As you begin the program, you will become grounded in your core values, giving you a greater sense of purpose and direction in your life.  You will learn to identify and manage overwhelming feelings, such as stress, anxiety, lack of motivation, and depression, and you will discover how to boost your social confidence. By the end of the program, you will have a strong set of skills for optimum mental health.
