"Got Stress?" is a personal growth program designed to build resilience and boost emotional strength in
college students, graduate students,
and young adults.
This program is a proactive approach to emotional wellness, and will help set you up for both academic and personal success.  You will become grounded in your core values, giving you a greater sense of purpose and direction in your life; and you will learn skills to help identify and manage overwhelming feelings, such as stress, anxiety, lack of motivation, and depression; and you will discover how to boost your social confidence. By the end of the program, you will have a strong set of skills for optimum mental health.
